New Mexico High School Volleyball - Hondo Valley tips Maxwell
October 5, 2024: Hondo, NM 88336 The Hondo Valley Eagles (Hondo, NM) volleyball held off the visiting Maxwell Bears (Maxwell, NM), 3-2 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to New Mexico Military Institute for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 8. Hondo Valley will clash with a Colts team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Gateway Christian (Roswell, NM). The Colts record now stands at 8-5.
With the loss, Maxwell drops to 9-4 on the campaign. The Bears host San Jon (San Jon, NM) to clash with the Coyotes in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 5. The Coyotes come into the bout with a record of 4-7. San Jon won 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Floyd (Floyd, NM)
