October 5, 2024: Battle Creek, MI 49015 The Lakeview Spartans (Battle Creek, MI) volleyball knocked off the visiting Renaissance Phoenix (Detroit, MI), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 32-3 record. They play next when they host Holt for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 5. Lakeview will clash with a Rams team coming off a 3-1 league win over Okemos (Okemos, MI). The Rams record now stands at 15-4.
With the loss, Renaissance drops to 7-5 on the campaign. The Phoenix travel to King (Detroit, MI) to confront the Crusaders in a non-league game on Monday, October 7. The Crusaders go into the game with a record of 2-4.
