Connecticut High School Soccer - East Granby knocks off Academy of Science and Innovation
October 6, 2022: New Britain, CT 06053 East Granby Crusaders (East Granby, CT) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Academy of Science and Innovation Ravens (New Britain, CT), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Crusaders confront the Ellington Knights (Ellington, CT) in a Central Connecticut - North challenge, on Friday, October 14. East Granby will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 11-0 record after their 4-0 league win over Bolton (Bolton, CT).
The Ravens now possess a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Weaver for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, October 11. Academy of Science and Innovation will confront a Beavers team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy (Hartford, CT). The Beavers record now stands at 4-1.
