October 6, 2023: Avoca, IA The AHSTW Vikings football squad scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Red Oak Tigers to 12 in the Vikings league victory on Friday.
The Vikings now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shenandoah for a 1A District 8 battle on Friday, October 13. AHSTW will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 40-9 league loss to Treynor (Treynor, IA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-4.
