The Vincent Yellow Jackets thwarted the visiting Ranburne Bulldogs football team by a count of 33-20 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Vincent upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Yellow Jackets host Woodland (Woodland, AL) to encounter the Bobcats in a 2A Region 4 outing on Friday, October 13. The Bobcats go into the outing with a record of 2-4. Woodland won 38-13 in their recent league outing against Central of Coosa County (Rockford, AL)

With the loss, Ranburne moves to 3-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Isabella (Maplesville, AL) to encounter the Mustangs in a 2A Region 4 outing on Friday, October 13.
