Washington High School Football - Riverside held off by West Valley
October 6, 2023: Spokane, WA 99212 West Valley Eagles (Spokane, WA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Riverside Rams (Chattaroy, WA), 13-10 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, West Valley improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host North Central (Spokane, WA) to battle the Wolfpack in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane test on Friday, October 13. The Wolfpack come into the test with a record of 0-6. North Central lost 41-21 in their recent league test against East Valley (Spokane, WA)
With the loss, Riverside drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Freeman (Rockford, WA) to battle the Scotties in a 1A Northeast test on Friday, October 13. The Scotties come into the test with a record of 4-2. Freeman won 41-23 in their recent league test against Colville (Colville, WA)
