The Bears now possess a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Monterey Trail for a non-league battle on Friday, October 13. Merced will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 19-6 league win over McClatchy (Sacramento, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-2.
