Maryland High School Soccer - Bishop McNamara nudges Calvert Hall
October 6, 2023: Baltimore, MD 21286 Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Calvert Hall Cardinals (Baltimore, MD), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs confront the St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) in a Washington Catholic (WCAC) challenge, on Tuesday, October 10. Bishop McNamara will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record. The Cadets enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 2-2 league Gonzaga (Washington, DC).
The Cardinals now possess a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Mount St. Joseph for a MIAA A challenge on Sunday, October 8.
