October 6, 2023: Townshend, VT 05353 In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Green Mountain Chieftains soccer squad scored a close 3-1 triumph over the Leland & Gray Rebels.
The Chieftains (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Bellows Falls (Bellows Falls, VT). The Terriers come into the non-league battle with a 0-6 record.
The Rebels (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against Twin Valley (Wilmington, VT). The Wildcats come into the SVL-C battle with a 10-2 record. In their last battle, Twin Valley nudged Rivendell Academy (Orford, NH), 1-0, in a league battle.
