Missouri High School Softball - Norwood gets by Twin Rivers
October 6, 2023: Norwood, MO 65717 The Norwood Pirates got by the visiting Twin Rivers Royals softball squad by a count of 3-2 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Pirates (10-7) will now prepare for their battle against East Carter (Ellsinore, MO). The Redbirds go into the non-league battle with a 10-9 record. In their last battle, East Carter nudged Fredericktown (Fredericktown, MO), 19-10, in a non-league battle.
The Royals now sport a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Neelyville for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 12. Twin Rivers will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 14-0 non-league loss to Timberland (Wentzville, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 14-9.
