October 6, 2023: Chicago Heights, IL 60411 The Bloom Blazing Trojan volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Proviso West Panthers to 0 in the Blazing Trojan non-league victory on Friday.
The Blazing Trojan now possess a 13-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kankakee for a Southland challenge on Tuesday, October 10. Bloom will encounter a Kays team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Grant Park (Grant Park, IL). The Kays record now stands at 17-7.
Next, the Panthers encounter the Hinsdale Central Red Devils (Hinsdale, IL) in a West Suburban- Silver challenge, on Tuesday, October 10. Proviso West will attempt to move on its 4-21 season record. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a 14-9 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Lincoln-Way East (Frankfort, IL).
