The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the St. Bernard's Crusaders (Eureka, CA) and the host Fortuna Huskies (Fortuna, CA), saw St. Bernard's's volleyball squad nip Fortuna by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, St. Bernard's upgrades its record to 11-8 on the year. The Crusaders travel to South Fork (Miranda, CA) to play the Cubs in a Humboldt - Del Norte - Little 7 bout on Thursday, October 12. The Cubs go into the bout with a record of 0-9.
