October 6, 2023: San Pedro, CA 90731 The Liberty Patriots volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Mary Star of the Sea Stars to 0 in the Patriots non-league victory on Friday.
The Patriots now have a 24-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clovis West for a non-league game on Friday, October 6. Liberty will meet a Golden Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league win over Central (Fresno, CA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 24-6.
The Stars (15-14) will now prepare for their game against Mammoth (Mammoth Lakes, CA). The Huskies enter the non-league game with a 23-7 record. In their last game, Mammoth dropped by Chadwick (Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
