With the win, Briarwood Christian improves its record to 27-4 on the season. The Lions host Hewitt-Trussville (Trussville, AL) to meet the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 9. The Huskies enter the challenge with a record of 17-10. Hewitt-Trussville won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Huntsville (Huntsville, AL)
Next, the Yellowjackets meet the Chilton County Tigers (Clanton, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 8. McAdory will attempt to upgrade on its 10-11 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 19-12 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Spain Park (Hoover, AL).
