The Upper Scioto Valley Rams volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Cory-Rawson Fighting Hornets to 2 in the Rams league triumph on Monday.

The Rams now hold a 5-15 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ada for a non-league match on Tuesday, October 7. Upper Scioto Valley will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Pandora-Gilboa (Pandora, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-7.

The Fighting Hornets (3-17) will now prepare for their match against Ridgemont (Mount Victory, OH). The Golden Gophers enter the Northwest Central bout with a 11-10 record. In their last bout, Ridgemont nipped Perry (Lima, OH), 3-0, in a league bout.
