Alabama High School Volleyball - Sylacauga tips Weaver
October 7, 2021: Sylacauga, AL 35150 Sylacauga Aggies (Sylacauga, AL) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Weaver Bearcats (Weaver, AL), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Aggies clash with the Talladega Tigers (Talladega, AL) in a 5A Area 8 match, on Thursday, October 14. Sylacauga will attempt to advance on its 17-5 season record. The Tigers come into the match with a 1-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to Shelby County (Columbiana, AL).
With the loss, Weaver drops to 2-14 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Lincoln (Lincoln, AL) to clash with the Golden Bears in a non-league match on Thursday, October 7. The Golden Bears come into the match with a record of 11-17. Lincoln won 3-1 in their recent league match against Moody (Moody, AL)
