In Friday's league game, the Newton County Academy Generals (Decatur, MS) football team knocked off the host Ben's Ford Christian Eagles (Bogalusa, LA), by a final score of 64-54.

The Generals (8-0) will now prepare for their game against Tallulah Academy (Tallulah, LA). The Trojans come into the non-league game with a 6-1 record. In their last game, Tallulah Academy toppled Discovery Christian (Florence, MS), 52-14, in a non-league game.
