The Glenn Grizzlies (Leander, TX) football defeated the visiting East View Patriots (Georgetown, TX), 31-21 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Grizzlies face the College Station Cougars (College Station, TX) in a 5A-1 Region III District 11 bout, on Friday, October 14. Glenn will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 5-1 record after their 17-0 league win over Cedar Park (Cedar Park, TX).
