The Howell Highlanders football team (Howell, MI), was tipped 28-21 in Friday's league challenge with the host Novi Wildcats (Novi, MI)

The Wildcats (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Northville (Northville, MI). The Mustangs come into the Kensington Lakes - West challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Northville nipped Hartland (Hartland, MI), 28-21, in a league challenge.

The Highlanders now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Brighton for a Kensington Lakes - West challenge on Saturday, October 15. Howell will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 35-7 league win over Plymouth (Canton, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-0.
