Pennsylvania High School Football - New Hope-Solebury drops to Lower Moreland
October 7, 2022: Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 In Friday's league game, the Lower Moreland Lions (Huntingdon Valley, PA) football team knocked off the visiting New Hope-Solebury Lions (New Hope, PA), by a final score of 20-12.
The Lions (3-4) will now prepare for their game against George School (Newtown, PA). The Cougars come into the Bicentennial game with a 3-4 record. In their last game, George School was dropped by Pennington (Pennington, NJ), 32-13, in a non-league game.
The Lions now hold a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they host Harriton for a non-league game on Friday, October 14. New Hope-Solebury will battle a Rams team coming off a 34-13 league loss to Lower Merion (Ardmore, PA). The Rams record now stands at 2-5.
