Pennsylvania High School Football - Riverview defeats Summit Academy

October 7, 2023: Herman, PA 16039

In Saturday's league match, the visiting Riverview Raiders football squad scored a good 40-18 victory over the Summit Academy Knights.

In their next game, the Raiders clash with the Leechburg Blue Devils (Leechburg, PA) in a WPIAL A Eastern match, on Saturday, October 14. Riverview will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Blue Devils enter the match with a 4-3 record after their 37-31 league loss to Jeannette (Jeannette, PA).

The Knights (0-7) will now prepare for their test against Shenango (New Castle, PA). The Wildcats come into the WPIAL A Big 7 test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Shenango was defeated by South Side (Hookstown, PA), 62-12, in a league test.
