October 7, 2023: New Albany, OH 43054 The Westland Cougars football team (Galloway, OH), was ripped 62-6 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host New Albany Eagles (New Albany, OH)
The Eagles (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Pickerington North (Pickerington, OH). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Pickerington North trounced Grove City (Grove City, OH), 12-7, in a non-league challenge.
The Cougars now sport a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they host Westerville Central for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 14. Westland will meet a Warhawks team coming off a 28-6 non-league loss to Lincoln (Gahanna, OH). The Warhawks record now stands at 2-4.
