October 7, 2023: White Bear Lake, MN 55110 Academy of Holy Angels Stars (Richfield, MN) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host White Bear Lake Bears (White Bear Lake, MN), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Stars battle the Orono Spartans (Long Lake, MN) in a non-league match, on Monday, October 9. Academy of Holy Angels will attempt to advance on its 20-1 season record. The Spartans come into the match with a 4-13 record after their 3-1 league win over St. Louis Park (St. Louis Park, MN).
With the loss, White Bear Lake drops to 7-12 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Forest Lake (Forest Lake, MN) to battle the Rangers in a Suburban East match on Tuesday, October 10.
