October 7, 2023: Baxter, IA The Baxter volleyball team (Baxter, IA), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting West Marshall Trojans (State Center, IA)
The Trojans (18-18) will now prepare for their challenge against Saydel (Des Moines, IA). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 1-18 record. In their last challenge, Saydel was nudged by Greene County (Jefferson, IA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the meet the Tripoli Panthers (Tripoli, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 14. Baxter will attempt to move on its 5-13 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 10-16 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to North Tama (Traer, IA).
