October 7, 2023: Santa Barbara, CA 93110 The Bishop Diego Cardinals (Santa Barbara, CA) volleyball overcame the visiting Nordhoff Rangers (Ojai, CA), 3-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, Bishop Diego upgrades its record to 16-12 on the year. The Cardinals host Foothill Tech (Ventura, CA) to face the Dragons in a Tri-Valley outing on Tuesday, October 10. The Dragons go into the outing with a record of 10-13. Foothill Tech lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against La Reina (Thousand Oaks, CA)
The Rangers now own a 10-4 record. They play next when they host Fillmore for a Citrus Coast outing on Monday, October 9. Nordhoff will face a Flashes squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Carpinteria (Carpinteria, CA). The Flashes record now stands at 4-14.
