October 7, 2023: Herndon, VA 20171 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD) and the host King Abdullah Academy Falcons (Herndon, VA), saw Bishop McNamara's volleyball squad beat King Abdullah Academy by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Bishop McNamara upgrades its record to 10-3 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Flint Hill (Oakton, VA) to play the Huskies in a ISL bout on Saturday, October 7. The Huskies go into the bout with a record of 17-2. Flint Hill won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Georgetown Visitation Prep (Washington, DC)
The Falcons now own a 2-16 record. They play next when they host Ad Fontes Academy for a bout on Tuesday, October 10. King Abdullah Academy will play a Falcons squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Christ Chapel Academy (Woodbridge, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 1-5.
