Kentucky High School Volleyball - Bracken County tips Rowan County
October 7, 2023: Morehead, KY 40351 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Bracken County Polar Bears (Brooksville, KY) and the host Rowan County Vikings (Morehead, KY), saw Bracken County's volleyball squad nip Rowan County by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Bracken County upgrades its record to 17-16 on the year. The Polar Bears host Leslie County (Hyden, KY) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 7. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 17-12. Leslie County won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Harlan (Harlan, KY)
The Vikings now own a 10-19 record. They play next when they host Whitley County for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 7. Rowan County will play a Colonels squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over South Laurel (London, KY). The Colonels record now stands at 23-2.
