October 7, 2023: Montgomery, AL 36116 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Smiths Station Panthers (Smiths, AL) and the host Brewbaker Tech Rams (Montgomery, AL), saw Smiths Station's volleyball squad nip Brewbaker Tech by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Smiths Station upgrades its record to 7-9 on the year. The Panthers host Beauregard (Opelika, AL) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 10. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 25-7.
The Rams now own a 6-15 record. They play next when they travel to Saint James for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 12.
