October 7, 2023: Meriden, KS 66512 In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Jefferson West Tigers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Council Grove Braves.
The Tigers (11-16) will now prepare for their battle against Basehor-Linwood (Basehor, KS). The Bobcats come into the non-league battle with a 10-19 record. In their last battle, Basehor-Linwood achieved victory over Ottawa (Ottawa, KS), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Braves clash with the Clearwater Indians (Clearwater, KS) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, October 7. Council Grove will attempt to advance on its 4-20 season record. The Indians come into the battle with a 21-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Rose Hill (Rose Hill, KS).
