October 7, 2023: Paris, AR 72855 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Paris Eagles (Paris, AR) and the visiting Fountain Lake Cobras (Hot Springs National Park, AR), saw Paris's volleyball squad beat Fountain Lake by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Paris upgrades its record to 19-9 on the year. The Eagles host Lincoln (Lincoln, AR) to play the Wolves in a 3A West bout on Tuesday, October 10. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 13-10. Lincoln lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Prairie Grove (Prairie Grove, AR)
The Cobras now own a 18-3 record. They play next when they travel to Ashdown for a 4A West bout on Tuesday, October 10. Fountain Lake will play a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Mena (Mena, AR). The Panthers record now stands at 3-13.
