Massachusetts High School Volleyball - Nipmuc Regional over Nantucket

The Nipmuc Regional Warriors (Upton, MA) volleyball overcame the host Nantucket Whalers (Nantucket, MA), 3-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Nipmuc Regional upgrades its record to 12-0 on the year. The Warriors host Douglas (Douglas, MA) to face the Tigers in a Dual Valley bout on Monday, October 9. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 3-8. Douglas won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Burncoat (Worcester, MA)

The Whalers now own a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Nauset Regional for a Cape and Islands bout on Wednesday, October 11. Nantucket will play a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Barnstable (Hyannis, MA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-8.
