October 7, 2023: Kensington, KS 66951 In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Ness City Eagles volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Thunder Ridge Longhorns.
The Eagles (22-6) will now prepare for their battle against Rawlins County (Atwood, KS). The Buffaloes come into the non-league battle with a 9-14 record. In their last battle, Rawlins County achieved victory over Decatur Community (Oberlin, KS), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Longhorns clash with the Trego Golden Eagles (WaKeeney, KS) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, October 7. Thunder Ridge will attempt to advance on its 7-18 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the battle with a 12-10 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Phillipsburg (Phillipsburg, KS).
