October 7, 2024: Albuquerque, NM 87110 The crowd at Monday's non-league contest between the Sandia Matadors (Albuquerque, NM) and the visiting Albuquerque Bulldogs (Albuquerque, NM), witnessed Sandia's football squad topple Albuquerque by a count of 38-24.
The Matadors (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Cibola (Albuquerque, NM). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Cibola was outscored by West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM), 48-46, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Bulldogs confront the Atrisco Heritage Academy Jaguars (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 15.
