New Jersey High School Soccer - Gateway Regional Woodstown
October 7, 2024: Woodbury Heights, NJ 08097 Woodstown Wolverines (Woodstown, NJ) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Gateway Regional Gators (Woodbury Heights, NJ), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Woodstown moves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Penns Grove (Carneys Point, NJ) to clash with the Red Devils in a Tri-County - Diamond test on Tuesday, October 8. The Red Devils come into the test with a record of 4-5. Penns Grove lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Cumberland (Seabrook, NJ)
The Gators now sport a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Audubon for a Colonial test on Wednesday, October 9. Gateway Regional will clash with a Green Wave team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Riverside (Riverside, NJ). The Green Wave record now stands at 7-1.
