October 7, 2024: Covington, LA 70433 Northlake Christian Wolverines (Covington, LA) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Pine Raiders (Franklinton, LA), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Northlake Christian improves its record to 12-8 on the season. The Wolverines travel to John Curtis Christian (River Ridge, LA) to encounter the Patriots in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 8. The Patriots go into the test with a record of 22-5. The Raiders now own a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pearl River for a non-league test on Thursday, October 10. Pine will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Slidell (Slidell, LA). The Rebels record now stands at 4-7.
