October 7, 2025: Belle, WV 25015 The Riverside Warriors soccer squad scored 1 points and held the visiting Scott Skyhawks to 0 in the Warriors non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Warriors now hold a 4-12 record. They play next when they host Lincoln County for a non-league game on Saturday, October 11. Riverside will face a Panthers team coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Spring Valley (Huntington, WV). The Panthers record now stands at 3-10.
The Skyhawks (5-9) will now prepare for their game against Cross Lanes Christian (Charleston, WV). The Warriors enter the Freelance game with a 4-6 record. In their last game, Cross Lanes Christian was nipped by St. Albans (St. Albans, WV), 3-0, in a non-league game.
