In Tuesday's league test, the visiting Shepard Astros soccer team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Argo Argonauts.

With the triumph, Shepard moves its record to 6-12 on the campaign. The Astros travel to Reavis (Burbank, IL) to clash with the Rams in a South Suburban test on Thursday, October 9.
