Next, the Eagles battle the Gaston Day Spartans (Gastonia, NC) in a NCISAA Metrolina contest, on Thursday, October 9. Concord Academy will attempt to better on its 10-7 season record. The Spartans go into the challenge with a 12-2 record after their 6-1 league win over Westminster Catawba Christian (Rock Hill, SC).
