October 7, 2025: Leonardtown, MD 20650 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Leonardtown Raiders (Leonardtown, MD) and the visiting Thomas Stone Cougars (Waldorf, MD), saw Leonardtown's soccer squad overwhelm Thomas Stone by a count of 12-0.
The Raiders (9-0) will now prepare for their match against Chopticon (Morganza, MD). The Braves come into the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Chopticon toppled Patuxent (Lusby, MD), 4-0, in a non-league match.
The Cougars now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Lackey for a Southern Maryland match on Thursday, October 9. Thomas Stone will meet a Chargers team coming off a 4-0 league win over St. Charles (Waldorf, MD). The Chargers record now stands at 6-2.
