October 7, 2025: Rochester, MN 55904 Mayo Spartans (Rochester, MN) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Albert Lea Tigers (Albert Lea, MN), 3-1 in a league test.
With the win, Mayo advances its record to 6-12 on the season. The Spartans travel to Champlin Park (Champlin, MN) to face the Rebels in a non-league test on Friday, October 10. The Rebels go into the test with a record of 14-7. Champlin Park won 3-1 in their recent league test against Andover (Andover, MN)
The Tigers now sport a 1-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Apple Valley for a non-league test on Friday, October 10. Albert Lea will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Concordia Academy (Roseville, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 13-5.
