Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Newman Grove/St. Edward Panthers (Newman Grove, NE) in a non-league game, on Thursday, October 9. Osceola will attempt to advance on its 15-3 season record. The Panthers go into the game with a 11-8 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Riverside (Cedar Rapids, NE).

The Tigers (3-19) will now prepare for their game against Lyons-Decatur Northeast (Lyons, NE). The Cougars go into the non-league game with a 7-13 record. In their last game, Lyons-Decatur Northeast was dropped by Logan View/Scribner-Snyder (Hooper, NE), 3-2, in a non-league game.
