Elm Creek Buffaloes (Elm Creek, NE) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Twin Loup Wolves (Sargent, NE), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Buffaloes (13-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Gibbon (Gibbon, NE). The Buffaloes come into the C2 District 9 challenge with a 1-18 record. In their last challenge, Gibbon lost by Overton (Overton, NE), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wolves meet the Riverside Chargers (Cedar Rapids, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 9. Twin Loup will attempt to upgrade on its 3-19 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 17-3 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Newman Grove/St. Edward (Newman Grove, NE).
