With the win, Shrine Catholic improves its record to 6-13 on the season. The Knights travel to Richard (Riverview, MI) to encounter the Pioneers in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 9. The Pioneers go into the battle with a record of 14-5. Richard lost 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Bishop Foley (Madison Heights, MI)
The Eagles now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Eastpointe for a Macomb Area - Bronze contest on Wednesday, October 8. Madison will meet a Shamrocks team coming off a 3-0 league win over Lincoln (Warren, MI). The Shamrocks record now stands at 3-6.
