North Carolina High School Football - Anson trounced by Forest Hills

October 8, 2021: Marshville, NC 28103

The Forest Hills Yellow Jackets walloped the visiting Anson Bearcats football team by a final score of 52-0 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Forest Hills improves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Yellow Jackets host West Stanly (Oakboro, NC) to confront the Colts in a 2A/3A West Conference 44 outing on Friday, October 15. The Colts go into the outing with a record of 2-3. West Stanly lost 21-7 in their recent league outing against Parkwood (Monroe, NC)

With the loss, Anson moves to 2-4 on the season. The Bearcats host Monroe (Monroe, NC) to confront the Redhawks in a 2A/3A West Conference 44 outing on Tuesday, October 12. The Redhawks go into the outing with a record of 2-1. Monroe won 60-21 in their recent non-league outing against Sun Valley (Monroe, NC)
