Arkansas High School Football - Batesville defeats Forrest City
October 8, 2021: Forrest City, AR 72335 In Friday's league match, the visiting Batesville Pioneers football squad scored a good 39-12 victory over the Forrest City Mustangs.
In their next game, the Pioneers clash with the Wynne Yellowjackets (Wynne, AR) in a 5A East test, on Friday, October 15. Batesville will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the test with a 5-1 record after their 21-6 league win over Valley View (Jonesboro, AR).
With the loss, Forrest City drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Paragould (Paragould, AR) to confront the Rams in a 5A East test on Friday, October 15. The Rams come into the test with a record of 0-5. Paragould lost 49-0 in their recent league test against Nettleton (Jonesboro, AR)
