Smackover Buckaroos (Smackover, AR) fans left the game satisfied Saturday as they observed their football team nudge the host Junction City Dragons (Junction City, AR), 28-26 in a league test.

With the victory, Smackover advances its record to 4-2 on the year. The Buckaroos host Horatio (Horatio, AR) to face the Lions in a 3A Region 5 battle on Saturday, October 15. The Lions enter the battle with a record of 1-5. Horatio lost 22-8 in their recent non-league battle against Murfreesboro (Murfreesboro, AR)
