October 8, 2022: Santa Monica, CA 90405 The Santa Monica Vikings held off the visiting Burroughs Bears volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Vikings now have a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Mary's Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, October 8. Santa Monica will confront a Belles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Thousand Oaks (Thousand Oaks, CA). The Belles record now stands at 1-9.
The Bears (7-13) will now prepare for their test against Crescenta Valley (La Crescenta, CA). The Falcons enter the Pacific test with a 26-9 record. In their last test, Crescenta Valley held off Glendale (Glendale, CA), 3-1, in a league test.
