California High School Volleyball - Santiago edged by Duarte
October 8, 2022: Garden Grove, CA 92843 The Duarte Falcons held off the host Santiago Cavaliers volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Falcons now have a 5-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, October 8. Duarte will confront a team coming off a 3-0 league win over Riverside Prep (Oro Grande, CA). The record now stands at 3-7.
The Cavaliers (6-13) will now prepare for their test against Indian Springs (San Bernardino, CA). The COYOTES enter the non-league test with a 2-20 record. In their last test, Indian Springs was nudged by Rubidoux (Jurupa Valley, CA), 3-1, in a league test.
