October 8, 2022: Charmco, WV 29598 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Greenbrier West Cavaliers (Charmco, WV) and the visiting Meadow Bridge Wildcats (Meadow Bridge, WV), saw Greenbrier West's volleyball squad beat Meadow Bridge by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Greenbrier West upgrades its record to 17-5 on the year. The Cavaliers host James Monroe (Lindside, WV) to play the Mavericks in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 8. The Mavericks go into the bout with a record of 18-10. James Monroe won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Charleston Catholic (Charleston, WV)
The Wildcats now own a 5-11 record. They play next when they travel to Richwood for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 8. Meadow Bridge will play a Lumberjacks squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Webster County (Upper Glade, WV). The Lumberjacks record now stands at 1-4.
