Arizona High School Flag Football - Basha sneaks past Marana

In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Basha Bears flag football squad scored a close 21-20 triumph over the Marana Tigers.

The Bears (7-2) will now prepare for their match against West Point (Avondale, AZ). The Dragons come into the non-league match with a 8-1 record. In their last match, West Point tipped La Joya Community (Avondale, AZ), 35-0, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Tigers meet the Arizona College Prep Knights (Chandler, AZ) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 10. Marana will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Knights come into the match with a 5-2 record after their 23-10 league win over McClintock (Tempe, AZ).
